My Teacher My Hero is now in the bookshops. My short On Pearls, Geeks, and Kings leads the anthology. Its nice to remember a great teacher who helped me out such a lot when I was a bratty kid. This one was for you Mr. G. 
A Whisker of Trouble just sold to Cat Tales, officially making me the most distant contributer to the magazine. The editor called it “a fun, fluffy little tale.” I can live with that. It’s one for all you lovers of fur people in case you haven’t already guessed.
D&D v.3. As many of you know, this volume will benefit the
St. Bernard shelter near the 9th ward of New Orleans. Katrina destroyed the
shelter, and it hasn’t been rebuilt, so we want to help.
Marci, our ever brilliant editor has lined up an awesome celebrity
for the foreword for D&D v.3 and the shelter we are raising money for. No
names yet. It’s a surprise, but BIG!!!!

Hey, green kisses today. Any Irishmen in our midst?
I had to go to theater this week and now have about 150 stitches, mostly internal. Um… ouch! Gonna take a few weeks to recover and I can’t lift anything for that time. Meantime I’m gonna go crazy with frustration. I’d like to say I’ll use that time writing, but that will take discipline. We’ll see.
And it’s March. Heavy breathing. End of March they contact people about the Golden Heart right? This is the first time I’ve entered and I have to say the nerves are gathering. Not that I expect to final but you never know. In with a chance. Squee. Roll on end of March.
